Sage Construct is designed for one user access, and integrates with Sage Line 50 software, as well as Sage Payroll and Payroll Professional. Allow detailed cost element budgeting and analysis, grouped into 5 major cost heads allowing you to monitor actual Vs estimated costs to immediately identify any overspends.
Payroll integrated timesheets, with batch posting to eliminate repeat entry.
Raise sub-contract self-billing certificates with automated retention and CIS deduction.
Manage sub-contract and sales retentions to ensure liabilities are reduced and outstanding monies claimed.
Produce contract orientated management reports to analyse your job costs.
Sub-contractor self-billing
By enabling the operation of self-billing, in conjunction with automated CIS and retention handling, the user saves both time and effort.

Budget costs
Enables the user to constantly monitor actual costs against estimated/budget costs, ensuring that overspends are immediately highlighted.

‘No delay’ cost control
Enables management and contracting staff to have up-to-date information on all contracts the moment transactions are entered, with full drill down through analysis codes and groups to transaction detail line.

Retentions
Deducts, records and reports on both sub-contract and sales retentions ensuring liabilities are reduced and outstanding monies are claimed.
